Winter Solstice Breathwork Gathering

Join us for a sacred Winter Solstice gathering as we honor the longest night of the year and consciously welcome the return of the light. This evening is an invitation to slow down, reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.

We’ll gather in intentional space to:

• Connect spiritually in community
• Honor the Winter Solstice with a candle-lighting ritual
• Practice an ancient-inspired 12 Wishes ritual to set intentions for the year ahead
• Move the body gently to create space for what we’re calling in
• Journey through a powerful breathwork experience for deep integration
• Enjoy tea and light snacks together afterward
