National Clean-Up Day

A cleaner community starts with you - join us for National Clean-Up Day and help make Modesto Mo’Beautiful!

Date: Saturday, September 20th, 2025
Time: 8am-12pm

We can provide volunteers with:
-Litter pickers
-Safety vests
-Trash bags
-Gloves
*We can also pick up your filled trash bags!

*Please Note:
Each group that signs up will need a group leader who can pick-up and drop-off the clean up materials at the Solid Waste Division on the 4th floor of City Hall. Our staff can pick up the trash collected in the field at the clean up location.

National Cleanup Day is about much more than picking up trash and litter. It's a chance for our community to collaborate and join people around the world in expressing their respect for our earth and our desire for a beautiful city.
