End your week and begin your weekend with a relaxing bath of HEALING SOUNDS!

Join us on Friday September 19, 2025, from 7:15-8:30 p.m. for a relaxing bath of healing sounds. Aubrey is bringing her Crystal Singing Bowls, 7 Metal Chakra Himalayan Singing Bowls, & Tongue Drums to our beloved studio for a popup Savasana (deep relaxation) class. We will begin with easy breathing (Pranayama) together into a short, guided meditation designed to melodically stimulate the energy centers (Chakras) along the spine, sinking into a deeper relaxed state enjoying the pure and penetrating tones of the Crystal Singing Bowls & Tongue Drums, the ethereal vibrations of Himalayan Bowls, and grounding Earth sounds induced by Seed Chimes & Ocean drum.
