Sound Bath at Greenchi
“Sound Therapy is Where Science and Serenity Meet”
Join me for a 1 hour sound bath experience, which entails lying down comfortably while a sound practitioner gently serenades you with a strategic series of sounds from quartz crystal sound bowls tuned to 432 hz. The vibrations help quiet your mind, decrease cortisol levels, reduce tension and inflammation in the body, reduce perception of pain and bring you into a deep, peaceful state. Many people fall completely asleep and most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. You will likely sleep very well after attending this event!
