Packed With a Purpose Glue & Scissors (Talk, Sing, Point/ Maximize Love & Manage Stress)

Lindsay Lum, Director of Agency Relations and Community Engagement for the United Way of Southwest Alabama will lead a 2nd workshop about The Basics approach of how a parent or caregiver can help their child manage stress and build their language and communication skills.
The Basics of Southwest Alabama is an early childhood education program that offers five science based parenting and engaging activities that supports brain development among children from birth to age 5.

All workshops are free and open to the public. Parents/Caregivers are welcome to bring little ones to the workshops.
