� Help Us Pick Our First MSTRA Workshop Topic!We’re getting ready to kick off our first MSTRA workshop on March 19th at 6:00 PM at Greer’s Downtown, and we want the community to help shape what we cover first.We’ve created a short poll below with a few foundational topics we’re considering for our year-long workshop series, and we’d love your input. The topics include:� Foundations of STR Hosting
� Market Research & Property Selection
� Acquisition Strategies & Negotiations
� Guest Experience
� Financial Modeling & Planning� Please vote in the poll below — the more members who participate, the better we can design workshops that are truly useful and relevant to the entire group.� These workshops will be held once a month on a Thursday, starting in March, with the week rotating each month to help work around everyone’s busy schedules. Each session will be about one hour and will include Q&A and networking.� Cost & AccessThese workshops are open to everyoneFree for MSTRA members (your $100 annual dues cover these)$35 for non-members per workshopWe’re working with local hosts who have been operating in the Mobile market for years to present on real-world topics and Mobile-specific operations not generic STR theory. The goal is practical education that benefits hosts, guests, neighborhoods, and the city as a whole.Whether you’re just getting started, thinking about STRs, or have been hosting for years, we’re building something that everyone can take value from.
