Step into a serene and soulful evening of sound, stillness, and self-love. Join us for a special 3-part sound bath series at The Frenchmen, a beautiful art gallery and shop in the heart of downtown Mobile.
Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you ground, soften, and reconnect. Then, allow yourself to be carried into deep rest with the healing tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes, played live in the luminous gallery space.

60 minutes of pure presence (guided meditation + sound bath)
A studio-like ambiance filled with art, beauty, and stillness
