Recognizing and Releasing Energetic Cords

Join me for this class as a continuation of the Energy Basics classes. Here, we will discuss the idea and act of releasing energetic cords, also called "cord cutting". Come learn from my experience the ideas and misconceptions about what energetic cords are, and how they can impact ones general well being. Through meditation and exercises, you will gain an understanding of not only how to identify cords, but how to release them. You will go with a set of tools to continue this work at home!

I am an intuitive reader, priestess, teacher, and energy healer in the Charlotte Metro area. My personal journey into Shadow work and cord cutting began over 20 years ago through meditation, myth, and ritual.
