Intro to Yoga: a 4 week course for beginners with Joanna Collins

This 4 week course is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to the basic principles of yoga practice.
During the course, you will learn foundational yoga poses and basic sequences (like the sun salutation) and will familiarise yourself with key alignment and energetic cues, and simple breathing and mindfulness techniques. Each week will focus on a specific topic to build your understanding step-by-step and help you lay the foundations for a safe yoga practice.
The course is suitable for all levels of fitness and body types. Attendance will be limited to 14 people to ensure that each participant can receive sufficient attention and guidance.
