🍴 THE MENU
McGuire's Burnt Ends
Tender and juicy morsels of pork rubbed in our secret house blend of spices. Then thrown on the smoker for the afternoon and finished off with a sweet BBQ sauce. Served with carrot and celery sticks on the side.
Smoked Brisket
Low and slow smoked beef brisket served with our fresh cut fries, cowboy coleslaw and BBQ sauce on the side
Moose Knuckles
Tender chunks of all beef hot dogs, seasoned in our house rub. Then sauced and smoked and served with a pickle wedge.
Sampler Platter
A snack size portion of smoked brisket, burnt ends, corn on the cob, fresh cut fries and Alabama coleslaw. Great to share if you are just looking for a nibble or crush it all to yourself.
🎙️ The live music starts at 3pm with Clint Everson & Lyle Odjick until 6pm. At 7pm, Brother Paul and Blues Revival will be the final show of the night closing out the Blues music at 11pm.
