Lughnasadh Celebration & Sound Bath

A celebration of the Celtic festival of Lughnasadh
Join me for a heart-opening 3 hour afternoon retreat, celebrating Lughnasadh (pronounced loo-na-sa), also known as Lammas, the first of the harvest festivals.
August is the perfect time to reap the rewards of our hard work – a time to pause, reflect on our achievements, and appreciate the progress we’ve made.
The afternoon includes opening circle, guided meditation, chanting, journaling, storytelling, intention setting, and a profoundly relaxing sound bath. We’ll end with a closing circle while sharing some seasonal fruits. This is your chance to pause, reflect, and above all, deeply relax while honouring the changing seasons.
Friday, 1st August 2025, 3 to 6 pm
Afternoon retreat in Nyetimber, Pagham, West Sussex
Places limited to 4 people – intimate, nourishing & personal
