Aerial Yoga Teacher Training & Aerial Hammock Practices

We're organizing this year's 3rd Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Cluj-Napoca. This edition will be guided by @Aerialandi (check her out on insta & fb) - who has brought #AerialHammock to Romania and has more than 13 years of experience with yoga.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁?
An intensive aerial yoga, fitness & acrobatics training with YACEP YOGA ALLIANCE diploma. No need for other certificates in order to start teaching, but of course, you can attend this event even for your own personal development - participants often say they grew in 4 days as much as they'd normally grow in 4 months.

We'll spend 4 days of theory and practice together (30 hours in total), followed by 20 hours of individual practice.
The course includes:
🌸 aerial yoga technique, basic postures, corrections and pathologies
🌸 advanced aerial yoga postures
🌸 understanding anatomy
🌸 aromatherapy, meditation & relaxation techniques
🌸 fitness suspension training
🌸 basic acrobatics
🌸 bonus: couple postures or aerial dance
