๐ Global Ubuntu Day | Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival
August 8, 2025 | Amsterdam + Worldwide
โLet Love Rule โ Plant a Tree for Peaceโ
From Africa to Mexico to Amsterdam, Ubuntu International and global partners invite you to join a sacred worldwide movement for peace, unity, and planetary healing. On August 8, 2025, we launch Global Ubuntu Day with the Let Love Rule Peace Tree Festival โ a call to action to plant trees and sow the seeds of love across the Earth.
Rooted in Ubuntuโs permaculture work in Africa and guided by spiritual alliances with Divine Motherโs Love, Four Worlds International, and Indigenous elders, this movement honors the prophecy of the 8th Fire โ a sacred covenant to protect Mother Earth and restore our deep connection to one another.
This rising flame of unity has grown through sacred ceremonies and collaborative action โ from Mexico, where the 8th Fire was lit in partnership with Indigenous leaders, to Lake Elsinoreโs Ubuntu film screening and planting event, to the planting of a Peace Tree in Hidalgo with CONADEPOA, and now to Amsterdam, where a Sequoia tree โ a symbol of longevity and resilience โ will be planted to anchor the global vision of peace.
