Nestled in the heart of Boulder, this outdoor experience blends fire and ice—heat and stillness—to help you reset your nervous system, drop into presence, and connect with a powerful community of women.

10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Sauna + Cold Plunge Rotations with Ember & Ice. Hang out, sauna, swim connect!
💛 What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Swimsuit + towel + water bottle
• Comfortable clothes/layers for post-plunge
• Journal or intention-setting items
• Your radiant self and an open heart
