Join us every Friday morning to slow down, come back to yourself, de-stress and cultivate resilience.

This class is taught in Dutch and English.

Experience a deeper level of presence, awareness, balance and flow.

Learn stress management and build resilience through a series of meditative and physical exercises that are simple and easy-to-apply. With renewed energy, you will feel more confident to navigate the stressors in your life with skill and grace.

Joe Weston has taken his years of international training and coaching experience in resilience, communication, and conflict prevention – combined with his studies in Tai Chi Chuan, theatre, neuroscience and somatic healing techniques – to create a series of practices that help you to connect more deeply with your authentic power, as well as increase your physical vitality, emotional stability, mental clarity and spiritual grounding.

Cost: 25 Euro per class
No need to register, just show up 15 minutes beforehand to sign in.
