The soils that labourers till: remaking histories of enclosure and global capitalism

On Saturday July 12, historian and political activist Humphrey McQueen will join us at the Kurilpa Commons to investigate the historical relationship of colonisation in Australia to the global expansions of capitalism. Humphrey builds on a lifetime of both scholarship and political involvement in Australian history, tracing back to the struggles against the Vietnam war and conscription.
