ANXIETY is far and away the most common mental health problem of the modern age.
We experience anxiety both in our MINDS and our BODIES, and the two domains reinforce one another in a feedback loop which can make the problem difficult to shift.
In this workshop, psychotherapist Roger Mills, looks at STRATEGIES for mind and body to allow you to significantly dial down your anxiety and to set up a benign feedback loop which allows RESILIENCE and CALM to become embedded in your nervous system.
