Grab your gals and join us, as we gather and take time to care for our mind, body and soul with brunch, activities, like-minded hearts.

During this eat, visit, make and take event, you’ll get to enjoy:

- A full body stretch
- Learn a practical practice to do at home
- Make your own scrub or bath soak
- Bagels and a bubbly bar (n/a options will also be available)
