RUN& YOGA Summer 2025! (first two dates are donation based - you can use what feels right afterwards: Pin or cash)
Seriko would like to share her running practice with you this summer! It is open for all levels! And therefore not short lovely Running track!
This is a 1 month challenge, we will begin with sufficient stretch outside the studio, slow pace running (3km/20mins) to 'Het Park' and finish with 30 mins gentle stretch & Yoga. This last part is probably in the studio.
You can be refreshed with delicious Lemon & Mint water after each session.
Donation based: First TWO sessions! (normally around 12 eu minimal or just with your membership or card)
Running has a lot of benefits:
Strengthen muscles and bones
Strengthen cardio/respiratory system
Weight loss
Stress relief
Become mentally strong
Increase immune system
Lower Choresterol, Blood pressure and more.
What you need is: Running shoes, a towel and drink bottle(only if needed)
