Just in time for Valentines Days join us for a heart-centered Yin Yoga class designed to open and energize your heart space. This practice emphasizes gentle, long-held poses that focus on the chest, shoulders, and upper back, helping to release tension and enhance emotional well-being. By nurturing these areas, the class aims to foster a sense of openness, compassion, and self-love. Suitable for all levels, this Yin Yoga session encourages deep relation and mindfulness, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with your heart and cultivate inner peace. Instructor Venita McGuire with Nomadic Yogi is a dedicated yoga instructor, known for her calming presence and personalized approach, you will sure to leave this class with an open heart.
