WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA? Also known as 'Yogic Sleep', Yoga Nidra is the state between wakefulness and sleep. This is a restful, grounding practice of guided mediation and awareness aimed to reduce stress, induce relaxation and promote sound sleep by triggering the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the rest and digest response.

WHAT ARE CRYSTAL BOWL SOUNDSCAPES? This holistic practice uses therapeutic grade instruments known as crystal singing bowls. These soothing and harmonic frequencies affect the body on a cellular level, impacting health, longevity and immunity. This perfectly compliments yoga nidra in supporting the promotion of deep relaxation, holistic wellbeing, and both mental and emotional stability.

PLEASE NOTE:

When you arrive, please follow the sign to the garden gate and ring the bell on the gate.

We won't be moving during this practice and lying on the floor for the duration, so come as your are in your most comfiest clothing.

Our studio is fully equipped with mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows, but feel free to bring anything that offers you extra comfort.

Late comers will not be admitted.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Not suitable for anyone who has pacemaker, epilepsy, tumors, metal plates/implants or during pregnancy.
