MileShy Meet Up Mental Health Support Group - Broomwood Join us at MileShy Meet Up Broomwood for an easy going session to focus on your mind and find inner peace to improve your overall wellbeing.
MileShy Meet Up is a FREE mental health support group with a difference - every session is structured around a health and wellness theme. We meet every Monday at Broowood Community Welllbeing Centre in Timperley between 5pm and 7pm . We also have another group at Coppice Library and Wellbeing Centre at the same time on Monday evenings.
