This 6 session weekly meet-up gives Carers a warm, welcoming space to unwind, connect, and share with others who truly understand the joys and challenges of caring. Grab a cuppa and settle in for meaningful conversations in a supportive group setting where you can share experiences, feel heard, and take a well-deserved moment for yourself.
Each week, we’ll explore a different topic—anything from managing stress, boosting social connection, and finding balance, to celebrating wins and discovering new ideas that can make caring feel a little easier. Whether you’re seeking support, community, fresh perspectives, or simply a break from the day-to-day, you’re warmly invited to join us.
