West Virginia’s premier professional Shakespeare troupe, The Rustic Mechanicals, is heading to the Eastern Panhandle for a special performance of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The event will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at the iconic Cacapon Resort State Park.
This performance is a featured stop in the troupe’s brand-new Shakespeare in the West Virginia State Parks series, which pairs the state’s most beautiful natural settings with world-class classical theatre. Guests will enjoy a full dinner theatre experience, combining fine dining with the whimsical, fast-paced energy of Shakespeare’s most popular comedy.
