Early Bird Deadline: June 20, 2025
Regular Deadline: July 4, 2025

Friday, July 18 -- Mini-Seminar from 5-8pm
Saturday, July 19 -- Taikai
Sunday, July 20 -- Bonus Seminar from 9-Noon

New in 2025: Koryu!
This year's edition of the OIT will bring back the inclusion of Koryu into the set of shiai waza, with 2-Dan and above competitors being able to select two or more kata from their traditional lineage, along with the shitei-waza given to them from the Zen Ken Ren Iai set. We're looking forward to seeing some exciting Iaido performances from schools across the region.
Open to ALL ranks -- but focused on giving mudansha an opportunity to try competition and 3-4 Dan experience as shinpan (judges) -- participants are expected to participate and contribute in all aspects of the event, including court management and event organization.
