That’s exactly why I’m running a Pilates for Beginners session this January.
This is a one-off, gentle introduction, designed especially for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond who want to:

✔ Feel better in everyday life
✔ Help your body move and feel better - not just look different
You’ll learn the basics at a comfortable pace, in a friendly village group setting, with clear guidance and absolutely no pressure to “keep up”.
