We are living in a time of great uncertainty - the pain of division runs deep at many levels of life, whether it's deep personal pain or the social crises facing our planet. This experiential Expressive Arts workshop allows us to step back from this existential drama and instead play, connect with others, and find new insights using simple art forms such as movement, sound, dance, painting, writing, drama, and sensory exploration.

The workshop includes movement, intermodal art making, and reflection. Our goal is to find meaning-making in the senses, grounding in our bodies, being in the here and now, in this way finding a harmony between personal autonomy and relationship to community.

This workshop will use Expressive Arts methodology and intermodal art forms to explore and build ourselves back to wholeness and community via shaping our imaginative landscapes. No art experience is necessary.
