Jump into the new year with an evening of FREE Adult Water Exercise at the Mehlville School District Pool!

Monday, January 5 | 7-8 p.m.

Our team of instructors will guide sample-sessions of Water Dance, Deep Water Aerobics, Swimnastics and Aqua Jogging throughout the hour!
