'Slow down and soak in the magic of summer with Yoga Nidra. This is a deeply restorative and restful practice creating space for the body and mind to recover from lifeβs daily stressors (good and bad). By turning the senses inward, and focusing the mind on the breath and visualization techniques we cultivate a form of yogic sleep. The addition of self-administering the hot stones thru guided-meditation - allows the body to bring warmth and attention to the areas that need it most.
