The Altra Experience Flow 2 is a lightweight, responsive road running shoe built for daily miles and steady efforts. Perfect to run at a range of paces, from easy to up-tempo efforts.

Run details:

● Start/Finish from Mana

● Session:

10-15mn at easy, conversational pace
5-6x 1mn on / 1mn off
10-15mn at easy, conversational pace

● Post-run coffee/pastries offered by Altra
