COLOR & COFFEE SENIOR HOUR

Calling all seniors! Join us every other Monday 1-2 pm for an instructed hour creating whatever artwork you desire.

This instruction can range from acrylic/oil painting, chalk/oil pastel, ink/graphite drawing or even mixed media collage! Our instructor will be ready to guide your experience with tips and techniques necessary to develop your finished piece OR if you come with experience in the arts, come to enjoy the studio environment with a cup of joe and your peers!

The Senior Hour workshop is $25.00 plus the cost of surface (Canvas/paper is purchased at time of workshop.) Includes all drawing material, paints, brushes, apron, set-up, clean up and 1 hour of instruction and unlimited coffee/tea

ALL levels.

In this workshop each student works on their own individual project, guided by an instructor. The classes are very free form. Bring us your vision and we will aid you in curating the image you idealize.

Our classes allow you to work at your own pace, some students start & finish a project in one session, while others dive into their project more deeply and work on a piece for multiple sessions, (also dependent on size of canvas)

All classes are geared toward the beginner and intermediate student learning & developing skills including, but not limited to, color theory/mixing, composition, light vs shadow & brush work.

More advanced students will be encouraged to continue to develop these skills and expand upon them, whilst developing their own personal style.

Please note that all classes must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. Individual classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment 24 hours prior to event.
