Beginner Yoga Classes – Starting January 13, 2026 5:30pm (every Tuesday)

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a Beginner Yoga Class at All Under One Roof Boutique’s meeting room!

🗓 Start Date: January 13, 2026
💲 Cost: $11 per class or 4 classes for $40

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• A yoga mat

This is a beginner-friendly class, and all levels are welcome.

I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with 13 years of experience. I’ve had the honor of teaching:
• Yoga to the military at Camp Pendleton
• Yoga on the Beach in California
• Classes at Wise Body Mind Soul in California, Texas, and Arkansas

I am currently teaching at Coronado Fitness Center in Hot Springs Village on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
