Scratch-Made Burger Workshop

Wednesday, July 2nd for a 6:00 pm start.

In this fun workshop, Chef Gloria will lead you through making all the pieces to building a fantastic burger! You’ll grind Shipley Farms Beef for burgers along with freshly baked Burger Buns. You’ll put together all accompaniments for a platter of 3 varieties of sliders and potato chips. Vibrant summer flavors round out this menu!

Caprese: mozzarella, tomatoes, balsamic reduction and a pesto aioli

Thai Sweet Chili: cabbage slaw, pickled chilis and cucumbers, and a sweet chili aioli

BBQ: crispy onions, bacon, curry barbeque sauce

Thick-Cut Potato Chips

Seasonal Ice Cream served for dessert
