When the sun goes down, warm sounds caress your ears, coming from a rooftop in Amsterdam-Noord. The spectacular setting and intimate atmosphere of our summer venue form the perfect conditions for artists to create magical moments. On August 29th we welcome Shishani to the stage.

Shishani has won multiple awards and is characterized by their musical versatility that transcends genres and cultures. With deep roots in soul, indie, R&B, hip hop and jazz, Shishani constantly explores the musical heritage of their homeland Namibia. With both an African and a European background, they are always trying to find new ways to bring these two worlds together.

With a nature that is gentle and combative, Shishani possesses the rare talent to address weighty topics with gentleness and determination. Shishani’s voice, both mystical and light and emotionally striking, carries timeless messages that resonate deeply.
