Join Community as Medicine for a nourishing New Year’s Sound Bath designed to help you soften, release, and receive as we step into 2026 together.
This experience weaves together the resonant tones of the didgeridoo, singing bowls, ocean drum, and more, guiding you into a deeply relaxed and receptive state. Facilitated by Amy Renee – Dearheart and Pauly Lama, this evening invites you to let the body unwind and the nervous system reset.
We’ll begin by gathering in the Community Room, then transition to the indoor pool, where you’ll float and allow the music to carry you into effortless stillness. Afterward, we’ll share light refreshments and gentle connection in community.
