Reiki Level 1 Training with Megan DiGiacomo

Reiki is a delicate but powerful energy healing modality for all types of imbalances in the being. It is learned though the use of symbols drawn into the palm of the hands from which Universal energy can travel from one body to another and support one’s own ability to heal and thrive.

In this training, you will learn:
The history of Reiki
*Reiki meditation and relaxation techniques, review of the Cakra system
*The 12 hand positions of Reiki
*Self-treatment
*Treating others
*How to use Reiki in your daily life and thrive

Experience the profound effects of Reiki on your health and well being as you rebalance, cleanse and renew your internal energy system!

This training will consist of a private 1 hour attunment session and 8 hours of practice application of the attunement and Reiki principles. An attunement is a process done by a Reiki Master to create a permanent connection, or gateway for Reiki energy to be continually present in our lives. The attunements are peaceful and powerful, and require no previous knowledge of Reiki.

Class Hours:
8:30-11:00am & 12:30-4:30pm
(lunch break in between)
