PMT OSHA Forklift Operator Certification Course

Whether you want to improve you resume, want that promotion at work, or even have been operating for years and haven't been certified, or need to be re-certified, this is the class for you.

This course is for all skill levels, and will give you a full comprehension of how to safely operate a forklift.

This course is specific for all Sit-Down Forklifts (Class I, IV, V), but we offer many other types, just reach out and we can discuss other offerings. Ask about our Scissor Lift (MEWP) training.

• Operators MUST be 18 years or older to operate a lift truck
• Operators MUST be re-certified every 3 years, or if a forklift-related accident occurs
• Additional practice session time slots available at an extra fee

The course is taught in English. We have course materials in other languages, but students must still be able to communicate in english, or bring their own translator.

Info: Check-in with a valid photo ID. This does NOT have to be a drivers license, just something with your face and name on it.

Info: Watch an instructional video that goes over all of the required OSHA safety measures to operate a forklift

Info: As a group, everyone will go over the quiz questions with the trainer. This is not a pass/fail, this is for learning purposes only.

Info: Hands-On road test to visually ensure that you are safe to operate the equipment. If you need extra hands-on help, the trainer will work with you until you are comfortable operating.

Info: Collect your Certificate of Completion and Operator's License
