🌿 Wednesday Women’s Woodland Walk 🌿
This weekly woodland walk is a gentle, supportive space for women to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in nature.
There is no pressure to walk fast, talk lots, or be anything other than exactly where you are. We move at a relaxed pace, allowing time to notice the surroundings, calm the nervous system, and enjoy the grounding benefits of being in the woods.
These walks are ideal if you feel tired, overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply in need of some quiet time outdoors with like minded women.
You can come along for fresh air, gentle movement, connection, or simply space to be still. All are welcome.
What to bring: walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and your sense of adventure! And if you’d like, stay after the walk for a relaxing cup of tea and a chat.
