About this Event
Meeting at ALPINE FIT every Monday at 4:30pm, we will embark on a 5k run and then meet back at the clinic for some craft brews and swag giveaways.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: All you need is a willingness to move your body, desire for good company, and of course, a good pair of running shoes and a bottle of water! Dress appropriately for weather in the case of cold, darkness (head lamp or some sort of light for visibility), or heat.
Q: Can anyone join the run club? Do I have to be a current/past client?
A: ANYONE can join the club, at any time. You do not have to be a current/past client. We are happy to have the company on a good run!β
Q: Whatβs the pace for the runs? How far?
A: The pace will range, on average, from 7:30-10 min/ mile depending on the group attendance for about a 5k distance. But we encourage you to not worry about pace so much, and instead just come and enjoy your own run with friends.β
Q: Are there post-run celebrations?
A: Yes! Occasionally, we will meet for a mini-workshop to learn more about running, or at a local brewery to share a toast to good health. There are also many surprise giveaways from our partners that occur before or after the run at random.
Q: Can I talk to a physical therapist regarding my injury?
A: Yes of course! Depending on the nature of your injury, Dr. Ally may encourage you to set up a free 30 min consultation in order to ensure enough time to deliver her best clinical recommendation.
