Workshop Description: This workshop explores what it takes to build creative, liberatory ecosystems rooted in care, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. Organizing requires strategy, culture, imagination, empathy, and attention to how we show up for each other. Together, we’ll reflect on the roles we play in our movements and the practical skills we need to hold them with clarity, care, and accountability.
