Guided meditation will lead us into deep presence, where weโll invite in the subtle insights still echoing from the new lunar cycle.
Following the meditation, you'll be immersed in crystal bowl tones and planetary frequencies that support nervous system reset, energetic recalibration, and intuitive expansion.
