This comprehensive sequence of yoga postures, dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation and gong healing will leave you feeling renewed and balanced for a new season.

Then, rest and restore in the healing vibrations of six gongs. The 50” Paiste Symphonic, 36” Paiste Brilliant, 34” Vintage Paiste, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paite Bronze No. 9 and 21” Gongland Infinity Gongs will be centered in the sacred geometry of the Starhouse. Allow the vibrations of the gongs to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax deeply.
