🎤 HOW IT WORKS

Welcome to the Wine & Fine Vineyard Tour, powered by Karaoke Tours in collaboration with Picture Project CLT’s HerVenture Showcase.

This curated experience blends wine tastings, karaoke, and a vibrant vendor showcase into one soulful Sunday. From scenic vineyard views to a dynamic marketplace featuring women-owned brands, businesses that cater to women, and bold local talent. This tour is designed to celebrate being fine with wine. Whether you’re vibing solo, with your girls, or showing up with your significant other. Made for queens and the kings who support them. Come sip, shop, sing, slay & style!

🚌 TOUR DETAILS

Each ticket includes:

• Round-trip transportation to Treehouse Vineyard (301 Bay St, Monroe, NC 28112)
• One (1) complimentary wine/cocktail drink upon arrival (Must Be 21+W/ID)
• Onboard R&B karaoke experience with a live DJ
• Access to the HerVenture Vendor Showcase upon return (Until 5 pm)

One (1) ticket purchase is required per tour participant.

Dress Code: Trendy Chic (Instagrammable & Fashion-Forward) Style: Soft glam meets vineyard chic. Think: Sundresses, silk shirts, stylish shades. Footwear: Wedges, fashion sneakers, or dressy flats.

Pro Tip: Come photo-ready 📸 we’re all about capturing those Instagram-worthy moments!

Please Note:

• Small snacks & picnic food items are allowed at the vineyard.
• No outside drinks will be permitted at the vineyard (Wine & non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase)
• Complimentary bottles of water will be provided.
• Food items will be available for purchase upon return to the HerVenture vendor showcase

🍇 TOUR EXPERIENCE

Enjoy a scenic ride to one of North Carolina’s top vineyards, surrounded by great music, good company, and unforgettable views. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary wine or cocktail tasting, with additional wine and charcuterie available for purchase.

Capture the moment with stunning vineyard photo ops, then hop back on the bus for more karaoke and connection as we head back to experience the final stretch of the HerVenture Vendor Showcase, featuring women-owned brands and businesses that celebrate and serve women.

🎶 KARAOKE ONBOARD

Grab the mic and turn up the vibes! Whether you're going solo or rocking out with friends on a sing-along, you’ll sing some of the most iconic R&B hits, carpool karaoke-style, as we cruise back to the city.

🛍 HERVENTURE VENDOR SHOWCASE

From 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Picture Project CLT will host the HerVenture Vendor Showcase, featuring women-owned businesses, food vendors, fashion, and community talent.

When the tour returns around 3:00 PM, guests are invited to enjoy the final hours of the event — eat, shop, mingle, and soak in the vibes.

⏰ TOUR SCHEDULE

• Check-In: 10:30 AM at Picture Project CLT Bus Departs @ 11:15 AM Please arrive early.

• Vineyard Experience: 12:15 PM – 2:00 PM
• Return Ride W/Music & Karaoke: 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM
• Vendor Showcase Access: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
