Fine Park in Boulder, CO, this session is designed to help you drop into your body, release stored tension, and connect deeply with yourself through guided breath, nervous system support, and somatic integration.

There is parking available in front of Foot of the Mountain Motel on Arapahoe Avenue, as well as street parking all along Arapahoe. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking and arrive—summer traffic and parking can be busy.
