Creation as a tool for reflection and self-development

Art sessions, in which you come into contact with different materials, techniques and styles. Clay, pastels, painting, crayons, charcoal. Together we explore themes through creative working methods and let ourselves be surprised by what arises in the moment. No creative experience is necessary. A piece of your inner world becomes visible by paying attention to the creative process.

Self-development, playing and creating space to discover are central.

Creatie als tool voor reflectie en zelfontwikkeling

Kunstsessies waarin je met verschillende materialen, technieken en stijlen in aanraking komt. Klei, pastelkrijt, (nat-in-nat) schilderen, (bijenwas)krijt, houtskool. Samen onderzoeken we thema’s d.m.v. creatieve werkvormen en laten we ons verrassen door wat er in het moment ontstaat. Hiervoor is geen creatieve ervaring nodig. Een stukje binnenwereld wordt zichtbaar door aandacht te hebben voor het creatieve proces.

Zelfontwikkeling, spelen en ruimte scheppen om te mogen ontdekken staan centraal.
