For developers, the focus is on managing mixed-use and commercial tenants, analyzing performance, and preparing for capital improvements and future refinancing.

Across both tracks, attendees will learn how to forecast for the future, assess risk, monitor performance, and develop systems that support steady growth and long-term value creation.
