Introduction to Cake Decorating with Baker Bettie

In this workshop, Baker Bettie will walk you through the process of creating beautifully decorated cakes!

About this Event

Participants will learn how to:

Level cakes
Stack and fill the layers
Crumb coat a cake
Create a smooth top coat
Make a silky meringue buttercream – perfect for cake decorating
Pipe beautiful designs and decorations

Each student will take home the 4-inch layer cake they decorated in class.

This class is for ages 16+.
All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small.
