Join us every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month (May through September) for some low-impact exercise.

About this Event

Walking is one of the best forms of exercise and can increase cardio-vascular fitness. We'll meet at the Chase Branch Library and walk (weather permitting) around the surrounding neighborhood, including Arthur Park.

We'll provide water and healthy snacks.
