Transatlantic Business & Investment Conference 2026

The TBIC Transatlantic Business & Investment Conference returns to Texas for its tenth anniversary edition. After hosting our first conference in Frisco, we are excited to celebrate this milestone year in Houston, one of the most dynamic and diverse economic regions in the United States. The 2026 conference will once again bring together economic developers, European companies, industry experts, and members of the TBIC network for a full day dedicated to foreign direct investment, transatlantic cooperation, and practical insights for communities and businesses alike.

Attendees can look forward to high-level speakers, updates on current FDI trends, and opportunities to engage directly with European firms exploring U.S. expansion. The Hotel ZaZa in Houston’s Museum District provides a vibrant setting for networking, knowledge exchange, and strategic discussions. The conference, opening reception and room block are at the same location, making it especially convenient for all attendees.

Please be aware, that a room booking must be made separately from a ticket purchase for the TBIC Conference.

An optional welcome reception will be organized on Monday, August 31, at 6:00 pm at Hotel ZaZa in Houston's Museum District. Drinks and a selection of hors d'oeuvres/appetizers will be served at the invitation of TBIC. For participants only interested in partaking in this gathering - and not to the conference on Tuesday, September 1 - a registration limited to the welcome reception on August 31 is also possible.

The conference itself will officially open at 9:00 am on September 1. An optional welcome breakfast will be organized at the same location, beginning at 7:30 am.
