The Committed is for people who don’t want to lose the progress they’ve already made, and don't want their progress to just be a New Years Resolution.
This isn’t a typical challenge.
It’s a continuation phase built around consistency, structure, and finishing what you started.
THIS ISN’T FOR JUST ANYONE.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is the first challenge run using the new InBody 380 system, including:
InBody Touch screen analysis
InBody Grip strength testing
This allows us to:
ELIMINATE typical challenge boundaries that don’t even the odds for everyone
MEASURE progress extremely accurately
SCORE based on real body composition data
Everything is measured the same way for everyone.
HOW SCORING WORKS
✅ Total possible score: 100 points
This challenge rewards real body composition improvement and consistency, not extreme dieting.
1️⃣ Body Fat Percentage Change — up to 40 points
10 points for every 0.5% body fat lost
Capped at 40 points
This is based on your change from your own starting scan, not comparisons to others.
2️⃣ Skeletal Muscle Mass — up to 30 points
10 points per pound of muscle gained
Capped at 30 points
This rewards gaining or preserving muscle while improving body composition.
Crash dieting will not score well here.
3️⃣ Fat Mass Lost (lbs) — up to 20 points
5 points per pound of fat mass lost
Capped at 20 points
This acknowledges meaningful fat loss without allowing scale weight alone to decide the outcome.
4️⃣ Scan Compliance — 10 points
Complete all required bi-weekly scan windows = 10 points (not per scan this is for making them all. Earn it.)
Miss one or more scans = 0 points
Showing up matters.
Grip Strength
Grip strength is measured and tracked, but not included in the main point total. Its for practice & fun, to be used in the case of a TIEBREAKER. See Below.

If two or more participants finish with the same total points:
Relative Grip Strength Improvement
Calculated as grip strength ÷ body weight
Compared from start to finish
This tiebreaker is:
size-neutral
performance-based
difficult to game
If participants are still tied:
Co-winners. The prize will be split.
